Wholesale Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
- We accept both Brick & Mortar and eCommerce shops as stockist.
- We are also happy to work with designers at reduced costs for kits! Not all wholesale terms apply.
- We do not accept stores with only 3rd party hosting and our products are not eligible for sale on any third party or discount site (i.e. Etsy, Ebay, Amazon).
- You must submit a copy of your valid retail/resale business license/VAT registration via email to jenny@luckyjonquil.com
Payment & Minimums:
- $250 USD minimum order
- 50% keystone on MSRP
- 50% deposit due at ordering, the balance and shipping cost is due prior to actual shipment
- Orders must be paid in full within 7 days of being notified of shipping to qualify for any discounts of special offers
- We send invoices via Shopify, and they may be paid via credit card, PayPal, or ApplePay. We do not keep credit card or payment information ourselves. If you need to pay by check, please let us know when ordering so arrangements can be made.
Ordering:
We take orders by email and in person events. For customizable items in our core line, please email the file (logo) in .pdf, .svg, .ai, or .jpeg format along with your order. We will reply with a photo of a sample piece for proofing before committing to fulfilling the order.
Custom Orders:
For custom designed items we will schedule a video call to make sure we have all necessary adjustments made and a photo will be sent as a proof before fulfilling the order.
Turnaround:
We currently run at a 2-6 week turnaround time, not including shipping time. If you have a specific date that you need product in hand, please let us know as we can often make adjustments to get orders out quicker. We want you to get what you need when you need it and will do what we can!
Cancellations & Late Payments:
If you wish to cancel an order you must do so in writing (by email) within 7 days of placing your order. If you do not notify Lucky Jonquil of your desire to cancel your order within 7 days, you will be charged for all items that have already been cut for your order along with associated shipping costs.
Shipping:
- USPS is our preferred shipping partner for United States domestic shipments. Please let us know if you need another carrier or if there is a carrier to avoid at the time of ordering.
- UPS and DHL are our preferred international shipping services. Please let us know if you need another carrier or if there is a carrier to avoid at the time of ordering. Duties and taxes are buyer responsibility. Our HTS Code is 3923.40.00 across the wholesale product line.
- We ship whole orders, rather than partials. Orders will be held until all items are completed.
- Insurance to cover the wholesale cost will be applied to shipping costs.
Shipment Verification:
Upon receipt of your order, you have 48 hours to verify that your order is correct and that everything was received. Any discrepancies or errors should be made by email within that 48 hours as any refunds will not be eligible afterwards.
